At L’Atelier by DFI Interiors, we take great pride in curating a selection of objects that bring a "spark of joy" to your home. Because we are a small, independent boutique focused on high-end, intentional design, our policies are designed to ensure your treasures arrive safely and sustainably.

Shipping & Delivery
  • Boutique Handling: We personally inspect and hand-pack every order from our Newton studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order with the care it deserves.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: To keep logistics simple and transparent, we offer flat-rate shipping at $14.95

  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $150 ship with our compliments.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are sourced in limited quantities or are artisanal in nature, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

The 14-Day Window: If an item isn't quite the right fit for your space, please contact us at spatel@dfiinteriors.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or store credit.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Return Shipping: As a small boutique, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to the studio.

Damage or Defective Items

We treat your orders like our own. If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the object and email us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any shipping mishaps—your satisfaction is our absolute priority..
